Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
For manufacturing defects, please provide clear photos or videos for verification.
2. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, we will arrange pickup of the product.
Refunds are made to the original payment method used during purchase.
All the Approved exchange and replacement of damaged products will be delivered within 7 business days and refund will be credited in 7 days
3. Cancellation Process
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if production has not started.
Once the item is dispatched or under manufacturing, cancellation may not be possible.
4. Process & Timelines
Pickup for returns/exchanges will be scheduled within 24 hours of our confirmation.
Pickup usually completes within 72 hours.
Returns generally reach our warehouse in 7–10 days.
We process refunds or exchanges within 2–3 working days after receiving and verifying the items.
